SIRIUS changes name to ASTRA

The name change is a natural step since SES ASTRA S.A. already owns 100% of the company. Our cooperation has also developed considerably during the past years, especially in eastern Europe.

The SIRIUS 4 satellite will be called ASTRA 4A, and will be used in exactly the same way as previously for TV and radio broadcasts and broadband solutions in the Nordic and Baltic countries, Eastern Europe and Southern Africa.
